Lost my Sweet Corn...Again

Lost my first patch this year to cold (knew I shouldn't of planted that early!). Just got back to the house and realized the squirrels or raccoons came through last night and dug up the second patch.....dang it!

Some days your patience just isn't enough!😶

Hi (Short Poem)

There are days when you think you have it all together...

Days where everything seems right.

But it seems those days come few and far between,

As the light of life slowly dims.

It has nothing to do with age,

Nothing to do with time.

It seems instead to happen

With no reason or rhyme.

For some it may seem simple,

Almost to the point of being unfair.

But nary a word

Is thrown in the air.

The soul is crushed,

Dreams pass by

As it just seems,

The world waves a jolly
